We are looking for someone to lead our Select Live Team. This team will be responsible for the management High Value Customers in our live events and the experience of Qualifiers.

You will be responsible for both the management of our Live Account Managers and work with internal stakeholders to ensure the team support other teams at live events and is fully aligned with our commercial strategies.

Why we need you:

We are looking to build an industry leading experience for our Poker Live Events with the objective of offering the best customer experience in the live poker industry. You will play a key role in helping Pokerstars to grow and monetise the Key Account segment managing and supporting an exclusive group of High Value players and leading the rest of Select Live Account Management team.

You will utilize the relationships established with Select players to gather continuous feedback and work closely together with our commercial and product teams to use customers insights to drive positive change for our High Value customers.

This is an exciting opportunity which will empower you to use your skills to collaborate with several departments and ensure that our players receive a world-class experience.

Who are we looking for:

We are looking for a person able to drive profitable growth by managing budgets efficiently and able to influence value perception in a sustainable way aligned with the wider company objectives.

You would need to be a personal and sociable individual, who enjoys talking to people from all walks of life, who has experience working in Live Poker events and is commercially focused and used to hitting targets.

You will need a strong people management background and excellent organisational and project implementations skills to ensure that your team is motivated by our mission and performs at high level consistently.

As the ideal candidate, you will have:

Experience of a similar role within the poker industry will be necessary. A proven track of high performance hitting consistently targets and being recognised as a role model by your peers both in terms of productivity as ability to deal and implement change.

You will have the ability to travel regularly for extended periods of time to attend all our major live events.
