The intern will support marketing and business development in energy services, assist in financial modelling, and engage with customers to develop proposals and partnerships.
JOB DESCRIPTIONKeppel is a global asset manager and operator headquartered in Singapore. This role sits within the Infrastructure Division which offers exposure to one or more of the following: industrial safety awareness, attachment to our operating commercial plant(s), and selected commercial functions to appreciate the value chains of our businesses in renewables, clean energy, decarbonisation and environmental infrastructure.
The intern will be responsible in the following:
1. Support Marketing & Partnership colleagues to market Energy Services such as heating, cooling, electricity, solar and electric vehicle charging, and create meaningful partnerships with potential customers
2. Support full business development function, including sales, marketing, financial modelling, presenting proposals, and negotiating commercial and contractual terms
3. Understand customers’ needs by studying site information, conducting site walks and keep abreast of latest regulatory requirements
4. Work with Engineering and Design, Project Development and Operation colleagues to prepare quality technical proposals
5. Develop financial models and structure commercial proposals for customers
6. Deliver clear and effective presentations to internal stakeholders
7. Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time

5. Experience working with a team of professional and dedicated staff in an established engineering company with more than two decades of track recordsJOB REQUIREMENTSJob Requirements:
1. Pursuing Degree in Engineering preferred or Degree in Business with a Diploma in Engineering
2. Keen interest in sustainability in the built environment
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills\
4. Self-motivated and good team player
