This role sits within the Shared Services Centre in IT team.
The intern will be responsible in the following:
• Assessing existing SAP/ other application operation process and recommending improvements.
• Ensuring compliance and supporting annual audit exercise.
• Assist in AMS weekly reporting to monitor aging tickets, team performance, open tickets etc.
• Assist to perform service requests (minor changes) and provide customer experience on their queries or pain points based on standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Coordinate in User Access Review for applications.
• Participate in system integration testing (SIT) testing and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) for enhancements/projects.
• Provide support globally, including facilitating discussions with China users (if Chinese speaking).

• Learning opportunities to apply automation (RPA) and to explore new ideas to improve gaps in support processes or reporting.JOB REQUIREMENTSJob Requirements:
• Undergraduate pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business IT, IT Security.
• Excellent teamwork, collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Superb analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication skills with business users are a plus.
• Pro-active, able to work independently and in a team with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge or experience in SAP, Concur is a plus.
• Knowledge or experience in Intranet is a plus.
• Knowledge in HTML, CSS, Dot Net, K2 and JavaScript is a plus.
• Knowledge in cloud infrastructure is a plus.
