[Keppel Internship Programme 2025] Intern, Customer Experience (May - Aug 2025)
JOB DESCRIPTION

This role sits within the Real Estate Division whom serves our stakeholders as an innovative urban space solutions provider that leverages technology to deliver sustainable and customer-centric solutions that enrich people and communities. It is focused in the areas of sustainable urban renewal, senior living, urban living, retail and large-scale integrated developments.
The intern will be responsible in the following:
- Design Development: Design wireframes for web-based solutions based on project requirements and user feedback. Work closely with the team to integrate solutions with existing systems and applications.
- Design Thinking and Customer Journey Mapping: Apply design thinking principles to ideate and create customer journey maps, identifying critical touchpoints and opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience and resolve friction points.
- Customer Data Analytics and Visualisation: Utilise Power BI to design and update dashboards that provide insights into customer behaviour and outcomes. Work alongside the CX team to leverage data from tools like Qualtrics and Salesforce to identify actionable improvement for both the customer and business.

- Learning opportunities in design processes and working on real-world initiatives in area of Customer Experience, Service Design and Data Analytics
- Exposure to various solutions and designing in the Real Estate industry: Property Management, Asset Management, and Urban development.
- Learn how to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams in a professional environment
- Build communication skills by effectively conveying ideas and collaborating with team members
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements:
- Familiarity in one or more of the following skillsets: Service Design, UX/UI, Storyboarding, Journey Mapping, Web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Basic understanding of data visualisation concepts and experience with visualisation tools like PowerBI or similar.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Prior experience in usability testing and debugging is a bonus.
