JOB DESCRIPTION

Keppel is a global asset manager and operator with strong expertise in sustainability-related solutions spanning the areas of infrastructure, real estate and connectivity.

The Keppel Associate Programme is a 2-year programme comprising job rotations, on-the-job training and leadership development opportunities, from which you will build critical business and operation skills, gain commercial exposure and acquire a professional network to embark on a fulfilling and rewarding career with Keppel.

This role sits within the Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) department in Keppel's Infrastructure Division.

• Identify, develop and secure business opportunities in existing and potential markets.
• Expand new customers and maintain existing customer relations.
• Perform full business development function, including sales, marketing, financial modelling, presenting proposals, and negotiating commercial and contractual terms.

• Market EaaS solution offerings and create meaningful partnerships with potential stakeholders such as customers, OEMs, EPCs, Energy Auditors, consultants, etc.
• Understand customers’ needs by studying site information, conducting site walks and keeping abreast of latest regulatory requirements.
• Work with Engineering and Design, Project Development and Operations colleagues to prepare quality technical proposals.
• Develop financial models and structure commercial proposals for customers.
• Deliver clear and effective presentations to customers and their various stakeholders such as their management and consultants.
• Work with Legal Counsel to draft and negotiate agreements.
• Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Job Requirements
• A good degree in Engineering preferred or Degree in Business Admin with a minor in Engineering or Double degree in Business and Engineering.
• Keen interest in sustainability in the built environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and good team player.
• Experience in M&E or ACMV is an advantage.
•  Alignment with Keppel’s core values.
