The intern will assist the team with monitoring industry news, conducting research on investor queries, compiling information on sustainability and asset-specific topics, preparing presentations, and performing competitor analysis and investment support.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist with:
- Monitoring and updating the team on industry news which could impact assets / the portfolio
- Reseach on ad hoc topic relating to invetor queries
- Collating information relating to sustainability initiatives
- Compiling information relating to asset specific topics to support decision making
- preparing presentations and data collection templates
- competitor analysis and monitoring
- investment and divestment support where needed
