Job Summary:

We are looking for a Junior Salesforce Developer to join our team. As a Junior Salesforce Developer, you will have the opportunity to work on Salesforce development projects and learn from experienced Salesforce professionals. You will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and developing solutions on the Salesforce platform.


Key Responsibilities:

- Work with business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.

- Customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Pardot to meet business needs.

- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and custom integrations.

- Perform data migrations using tools like Data Loader, Salesforce DX, and third-party ETL tools.

- Assist with deployment activities, including change sets, Salesforce CLI, and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

- Provide post go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements as needed.

- Keep up-to-date on Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends.


Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 2-3 years of Salesforce development experience.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform fundamentals, including lightning flow, process builder, and validation rules.

- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Familiarity with Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing settings.

- Experience with Salesforce integrations and API development.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, App Builder, Developer I) are a plus but not required.
