Junior project manager

Job Summary
We’re looking for an experienced project manager who will support end-to-end project delivery by tracking timelines, deliverables, and milestones across cross-functional teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects from initiation to closure
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
- Prepare project schedules, status reports, and documentation
- Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Support senior project managers in resource allocation and task management
- Conduct meetings, prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and follow up on action items
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business expectations
- Maintain project documentation and reporting dashboards
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and lifecycle
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with project tracking/reporting tools (Jira, MS Project, Trello, Asana, etc.)
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
