Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end project execution for the Informatica upgrade (e.g., PowerCenter / IICS)
- Assist in creating and maintaining project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and status reports
- Coordinate with data engineers, Informatica administrators, infrastructure, and QA teams
- Track dependencies, milestones, and deliverables across environments (Dev / SIT / UAT / Prod)
- Support cutover planning, testing coordination, and go-live activities
- Identify and escalate risks, issues, and blockers to senior PMs or leadership
- Facilitate project meetings, prepare MOMs, and follow up on action items
- Ensure adherence to change management, governance, and documentation standards
- Support vendor coordination and licensing / upgrade-related communications
- 4-5 years of experience in project coordination or junior project management roles
- Exposure to Informatica tools (PowerCenter, IICS, MDM, or similar) is a strong plus
- Basic understanding of ETL, data pipelines, and data warehouse concepts
- Experience working with technical teams (data, infra, application, QA)
- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile or Waterfall delivery models
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder coordination skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
- Experience supporting platform upgrades or migration projects
- Knowledge of databases (Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, etc.)
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure / AWS)
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum fundamentals (certification is a plus, not mandatory)
