Junior IT Services Sales Specialist

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior IT Services Sales Specialist/Business Engagement to support our business growth. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who has a keen interest in technology and wants to learn how to sell IT services such as cloud solutions, technical support, and managed services. You will assist in lead generation, client engagement, and proposal development while learning the full sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and qualifying sales leads through cold calls, emails, and networking.
- Support senior sales team members in preparing proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
- Maintain and update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Participate in client meetings and follow up on action items.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand service offerings and develop customer-focused solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape.
- Help organize and attend sales events, trade shows, and webinars.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a tech-related role.
- Strong interest in IT and technology services.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.
Preferred Attributes:
- Internship or academic project exposure in sales or IT is a plus.
- Positive attitude, team player, and goal-oriented mindset.
