JOB DESCRIPTION
The Strategic Account Manager position will be a critical role in Keppel Data Centre’s Commercial organization. This individual will work with others, including Commercial leaders, to manage our most important accounts to maintain and grow our business globally. This is a customer-facing role with expectations to interact and develop engagement with influencers and decision-makers for DC and infrastructure capacity.
Lead Strategic Relationships
- Own and grow relationships with key regional and global stakeholders, driving revenue growth and long-term partnerships.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews to uncover new opportunities and align on strategic priorities.
- Serve as a trusted, go-to customer advocate, ensuring exceptional experience and value delivery.
Orchestrate Strong Collaboration
- Mobilize and lead cross-functional teams—including Technical Solutions, Marketing, and Operations —to deliver seamless solutions.
- Engage Keppel leadership and external partners to resolve complex challenges and unlock new opportunities.
Shape Account Strategy
- Develop and help execute comprehensive account plans aligned with global objectives.
- Deeply understand customer business models, market dynamics, and organizational priorities to inform long-term strategy.
Deliver Innovative Solutions
- Identify customer challenges and design tailored solutions leveraging Keppel’s Data Centre offerings.
- Collaborate on proposals that are technically robust and commercially compelling.
Drive Commercial Success
- Support negotiations and renewals, protecting revenue and maximizing growth.
- Manage pipeline with precision—forecasting, prioritizing, and mitigating risks to achieve ambitious targets.

JOB REQUIREMENTS- 5+ years of experience in high-tech selling and/or pre-sales technical support, with ability to learn quickly.
- Proven ability to deliver results with strategic accounts, demonstrating ownership and accountability.
- Strong communications and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
