Key Metric: Execution NPS (Client & Attendee Satisfaction)

Job Scope:

  • Operational Research: Identify and vet venues, vendors, and partners in Singapore based on brief form the marketing teams.

  • Event Coordination: Own the logistics "Checklist." From venue setup and registration to "bump-out" and post-event pack downs.

  • Stakeholder Management: Be the friendly point-of-contact for our speakers, vendors, sponsors, and attendees. You ensure they have what they need, when they need it.

  • Digital Presence: Support our marketing team by drafting EDMs, sending event reminders, and capturing/posting "Live" social media updates during events.

  • Post-Event Support: Assist in gathering NPS feedback and preparing "wrap-up" reports for our clients.





Requirements

  1. The "Done" Factor: You have a portfolio or case studies of events you’ve successfully run (can be school projects, internships, or past jobs).

  2. Hyper-Responsible: You are the person who arrives 15 minutes early and has a "backup" for the backup plan.

  3. Communication: Excellent written English (for EDMs/Social) and a confident "people person" on-site.

  4. Agile: You thrive in a startup environment where things move fast.
