Requirements
  • Lead the visual execution of key assets across digital (website, ads, social), retail (in-store displays, packaging), and corporate (pitch decks, sales kits)
  • Ensure a consistent and premium brand aesthetic across all visual touchpoints
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e-commerce, retail, product, media buying) to deliver cohesive creative work
  • Translate campaign briefs into moodboards, key visuals, and final assets
  • Support art direction during product photoshoots and retail content creation
  • Maintain and evolve Prism+’s visual identity and creative guidelines
  • Coordinate with external designers, editors, and freelancers when needed

Benefits
  • 2–4 years of experience in visual design, branding, or art direction — agency or in-house
  • Strong portfolio with examples of brand work across digital, retail, and print
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
  • Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and composition
  • Strong eye for detail and design systems — you care about pixel-perfect output
  • Self-driven with a high sense of ownership, but also a strong team player
  • Bonus: experience in photography, motion, or 3D rendering is a plus
