Develop and maintain Zephyr Import utility for bulk test cases upload/update
Develop and maintain Jenkins pipeline for test execution
Evaluate and adopt NextGen (AI, GenAI, Chatgpt, etc) Test solution to ease testing team journey
Work on adoption drive for NextGen Testing solution inside department and to other department
Support Performance Testing and Functional Testing related queries and application maintenance
Make sure all support tickets meet SLA
