The role:

Royal IHC is currently recruiting a Junior Accounting & HR Executive for our Singapore office.

In this position you are responsible for HR, salary admin processes and support in the processing of financial transactions and financial reporting. In this key role you work closely together with the local Finance Controller as well as with the Finance and HR colleague at the headquarters in the Netherlands. You are accurate, have an eye for detail and know how to combine the business and social side of this job well.


We are looking for a person with a positive mindset and someone who enjoys working in a team where one another inputs matter. Ideally you have a; “sure I’ll get that done” mentality.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Finance:

  • Handling accounts payable, expense claims, bank accounts and payment processing.
  • Preparing and processing of other financial related documents.
  • Support in month-end closing and audit preparation activities.

HR:

  • Responsible for monthly payrolls, overtime, claims and allowances (Cloudpay)
  • Effectively maintain employee records and HR documentation (Workday)
  • Handle employment contracts, visa and (employee) insurances for travel.
  • Develop, maintain and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with local and HQ requirements.

General:

  • Handling and coordinating activities related to the corporate secretary and HQ legal (Bizfile / ACRA)

About the position

  • Office Working location: Tuas area with transport (near Tuas West Road MRT)
  • Full time (Monday – Friday / 08.30h – 17.00 hrs.)
  • Permanent position
  • Immediately start possible
  • Salary indication: 3.500 - 4.750 SGD monthly salary (matching experience and background) + 150 SGD transport allowance

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Finance / HR within an international organization
  • Minimum requirement is “O” Levels/Diploma in Business, Finance or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Knowledge of Cloudpay payroll, Workday or IFS will be advantageous
