POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking three highly skilled professionals to join our Partner Documentation team. The ideal candidates will have experience in technical writing, Machine Translation Post-Editing, and localization with a focus on user experience (UX) and KYC. Partner documentation is addressed to podcasters and artists who are uploading their podcasts to our client's app. They need to buy a license, and a user guide is attached to the package.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate and localize partner documentation ensuring cultural relevance and contextual accuracy.
- Adapt content to suit the linguistic and cultural nuances of the target audience while maintaining the original message and tone.
- Review and edit translated content for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- Ensure adherence to industry-specific terminology and style guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, news, and developments in UX and KYC.
- Provide insights and expertise on UX and KYC-related topics to inform content creation and strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, Technical Writing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in translation and localization, focusing on technical writing and MTPE.
- Background in UX and KYC processes.
- Proficiency in English and Japanese, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both.
- Familiarity with translation software and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Effective organizational and time-management skills.
