- Experience in
- Telephony/Teams Call/AudioVisual Zoom rooms/Multi-fuction printer
- Operation of Microsoft windows OS and LAN TCP/IP
- Knowledge related to problem research.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems for Telephony/Teams Call/AudioVisual Zoom rooms/Multi-fuction printer
- Support the acquisition, installation, maintenance, and administration for hardware and software
- Manage asset and refresh hw align life cycle rule
- Work with world-wide Corporate teams to implement new solutions and meet business requirements
- Those with manufacturing work experience are preferred.
- Proficient in Chinese/English oral and written communication skills.
- Participate in on-call rotation.
- Travel to taiwan sites for site project/opeartion.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for AV devices/meeting rooms to ensure stability and performance.
- Coordinate with cross - functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare documentation, reports, and workflow materials as needed.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking for meeting business requirements.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and security requirements.
- Participate in meetings and provide technical or operational insights.
- Continuously evaluate existing processes and propose improvements.
