Job Description:

An IT Service Engineer helps employees at Pluralsight realize their potential with the technology available. On a day-to-day basis, a Senior IT Service Engineer could help someone with an Excel issue and then with a conference room problem or a myriad of things between the two. They also provide mentoring and training to Deskside Support and IT Service Engineers. They ensure our technologies work in harmony with each employee.

What you’ll do:

  • Ensuring the up-time of all employees and conference rooms

  • Hardware inventory and management, adhering to team policies

  • Solving problems of devices, hardware and software

  • Providing access to the tools vital for job functions

  • Explaining how software & integrations work so that employees can efficiently utilize tools

Requirements:

  • Hybrid Work Model: This role follows a hybrid schedule, with on-site work at our Dublin, Ireland office Wednesday and Thursday and remote flexibility on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays. This approach helps us collaborate more effectively, make decisions more quickly, and build a stronger culture, while still providing flexibility.

Physical Requirements:

This role is primarily performed in an office or home office setting and involves standard computer-based work.
