Manage Fund-of-Funds activities including fostering portfolio collaboration, supporting value-creation, monitoring fund performance, assisting due diligence and deal structuring, liaising with internal/external stakeholders, and preparing management reports.

Responsibilities
- Foster collaboration between portfolio funds with local deep tech ecosystem including start-ups, VCs, corporates, research institutes, and institutions of higher learning
- Support business development and/or value creation efforts to deliver strategic objectives
- Monitor fund’s developmental progress as well as financial performance including reviewing fund financial reports, benchmarking against peers/funds of similar vintage
- Assist Partner and senior members of the team to conduct due diligence, risk assessment, structure and negotiate investment terms considering both financial and developmental objectives
- Liaise and work closely with Legal and Finance within SGGC, as well as colleagues from other local agencies and institutions to provide support and execute Fund-of-Funds strategy
- Prepare periodic management and other reports as necessary, for presentation to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience; exposure to startups, venture ecosystems, or deep tech–focused agencies is advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality materials and deliver effective presentations
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Mature, adaptable, and comfortable engaging with senior professionals across different levels
- Self-driven team player with a proactive mindset; able to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical capabilities, with a solid foundation in finance, valuation, and financial modelling
