Job Description

Business Development and Marketing

  • Primary responsibility will be to provide expert investment advice and guidance to clients
  • Solicit new customers and increase product penetration in existing base, work collectively with relationship managers to expand client base.
  • Participate and support consumer sales marketing activities for customers’ acquisition and retention
  • Cross-sell to existing bank customers to expand customers’ share of wallet
  • Organize, execute and participate in sales activities and joint appointments with Sales Managers
  • Promote the Bank’s investment or insurance products 

Client relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationship [p with clients' understanding their investment goal, risk appetite and financial needs.
  • Provide regular updates on investment performance, discuss market trends and address client's enquiries and concerns
  • Develop personalized investment strategies aligned with client's objectives and risk profiles
  • Analyze financial market, economic trends, industry developments and make informed investment recommendations a adjustments to client' portfolio
  • Market Research and training
  • Stay abreast of market trends economic indicators, and regulatory changes that may impact investment strategies and client portfolios
  • Provide support and relevant training and discussion to relationship managers

Compliance and Regulations

  • Adhere to regulatory requirements and Bank's internal policies related to investment advisory service.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records of clients' interactions, investment recommendations and any relevant compliance documentation

Qualifications

  • Degree in Banking/Business Administration/Economics
  • Minimum 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in retail banking preferably with experience in investment or insurance products  
  • High achiever in previous capacity with no adverse sales or service related complaints in the past 12 months
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated and a good team player

Professional Accreditation:

  • CMFAS Certification preferred
