This internship offers an opportunity for hands-on experience in strategic change delivery and operational excellence. You will be assisting Engagement and Change Leads in delivering projects. The project aims to enhance operational scalability to support business long-term growth ambitions. It will involve:
(1)    End-to-end process review to identify process inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement 
(2)    Application of analytical and critical thinking skills to develop recommendations that impact the operating model.
