About the Team
J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management delivers industry-leading investment management and private banking solutions. Asset Management provides individuals, advisors and institutions with strategies and expertise that span the full spectrum of asset classes through our global network of investment professionals. Wealth Management helps individuals, families and foundations take a more intentional approach to their wealth or finances to better define, focus and realize their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and deepen long-term client relationships by leveraging professional networks and delivering exceptional service across all facets of wealth management.
- Partner closely with product specialists and internal teams to propose, execute, and deliver tailored investment and wealth solutions that align with each client's unique objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing clients with strategic market insights, portfolio updates, and investment opportunities across asset classes, while proactively identifying new business opportunities.
- Ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing relationship management, including KYC updates, suitability assessments, and coordination of client meetings and transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, risk management protocols, and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of integrity.
- Monitor and report on client portfolios, Assets Under Management (AUM), and revenue performance using internal systems, supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Drive business growth by expanding the client base through networking, cross-selling opportunities, and delivering holistic family wealth management solutions.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 12 years' experience in wealth management and proven expertise in client and stakeholder management.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written), with the ability to engage and influence clients and internal partners effectively.
- Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills, operating with high integrity and risk awareness.
- Collaborative team player, comfortable working across diverse business functions and reporting to senior management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a wealth management or private banking firm, with direct client coverage in investment advisory and relationship management.
- Solid understanding of private banking regulatory and control environments, with the ability to manage accounts in accordance with industry standards.
