About the Role:
As a Facilities Management Intern, you will support the team in ensuring smooth day-to-day site operations and maintenance. This internship offers exposure to facility processes, compliance requirements, vendor coordination, and customer service in a real estate setting.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Facilities Manager/Executive in overseeing daily site operations

  • Support the delivery of maintenance services at a designated client site

  • Help respond to service-related issues and escalate building faults where necessary

  • Assist in coordinating and supervising contractors on routine and ad-hoc works

  • Participate in site inspections and contribute to preventive maintenance planning

  • Assist with sourcing quotations and following up on repair and replacement works
     

About You:

  • Currently pursuing an education in Facilities Management, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field

  • Good communication and organizational skills

  • Eager to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment
