Every member of TEAM LEWIS can nominate a local cause close to their heart to receive a cash donation. In addition, nominated causes can also benefit from a donation in kind of expertise, time, and resources. In the past year TEAM LEWIS has donated almost $2million to 445 causes around the world.

Purpose of the Role
The Intern provides administrative support to the wider Account Servicing team. The role requires the ability to handle a number of tasks and projects at any one time. The Intern will develop a clear understanding of the team’s requirements and objectives, be proactive in attitude and supportive to the team at all times.
Key responsibilities and tasks
Client Management
· Supports the new business process by providing research and coordination
· Assists with the coordination of press tours, events and review programmes
Media Relations
· Researches and identifies appropriate journalists, bloggers and analysts on an on-going basis
· Monitors relevant news sources and alerts the team to relevant breaking news opportunities
· Organises and coordinates media interviews and press briefings
Content
· Drafts a broad range of written materials
· Creates press materials and compelling content for both traditional and digital media
· Simple social media management (Must be fairly familiar with Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn)
Reporting and analysis
· Tracks and reports on media activity, including coverage reports, press clippings, online media engagement, showing progress using metrics
· Communicates account performance internally at account reviews
· Provides reports to the Campaign Director or senior management team on request
General
· Supports the Account Servicing team on ad hoc initiatives and projects
· Takes a proactive role in promoting the TEAM LEWIS brand, its work, identity and values
Requirements
· Inquisitive nature
· Calmness under pressure and ability to deliver to tight deadlines
· Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
· Attention to detail
· Flexible attitude
· Interested in building a career in integrated marketing – across PR, social, data, digital
· No experience needed
This will be a 3 or 6 months internship role.
