Job Description
Responsibilities

Handle lead enquiries generated from various digital platforms e.g. emails, social media, Telegram and WhatsApp

Lead qualification (i.e. follow up on campaign leads via calls/emails), analysis and reporting
-
Manage the marketing mailbox and keep track of daily incoming enquiries
-
Assist to explore process improvement initiatives

Improve database quality for direct marketing by updating the agent/prospect databases and EDM subscriptions through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and WhatsApp

Assist in event organisation when required i.e. to provide logistics support for agent site tours
-
Assist in the production / updating of marketing collaterals

Provide support in digital marketing campaigns

Assist in any other marketing research or ad-hoc duties as require
Requirements
-
Currently pursuing a Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or any other related disciplines
-
Passion for customer service
-
Able to work in a team and independently
-
Good communication skills
-
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel is a must (advanced Excel knowledge in formulas / pivot table is an added advantage
-
Knowledge of Power BI, Canva, Photoshop or video editing software is an added advantage
