Job Description
Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation of meeting notes during tenant engagement sessions
Support with leasing-related administrative matters including liaising with tenants to submit Public Liability Insurance, Audited Sales Report/Annual Statutory Declarations, etc.
Analyse tenants’ sales data for reporting purposes and provide management, malls and other departments with relevant leasing reports when required
Collaborate with other internal departments such as Marketing and Operations to address and resolve issues
Assist in any other ad-hoc projects or duties as required
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate Business or any other related disciplines
Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and meticulous
Ability to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately
