Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing prototype samples by defining and evaluating bonding processes, adhesives, machines, and testing parameters.
- Conduct testing and analysis to verify the suitability of materials, adhesives, equipment, and methods for specific applications.
- Support interactions with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate product development activities.
- Assist in implementing bonding and ultrasonic development standards for trial, test, and bulk production.
- Evaluate production feasibility and workability of bonding and ultrasonic technologies, ensuring successful implementation.
- Participate in research on new technologies, materials, machinery, and processes to improve quality, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, presentations, drawings, and analysis related to development projects.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Undergraduate pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Textile Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, product development, and engineering principles.
- Interest in research, testing, process development, and emerging technologies.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret test results, and provide practical recommendations.
- Good problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn in a dynamic R and D environment.
