Job Description

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process for Ascott’s internship program, including scheduling interviews, onboarding, and offboarding hires.

  • Coordinate and execute events, initiatives, surveys, and townhalls.

HR Initiatives & Engagement:

  • Assist in planning and execution of HR initiatives through events and engagement activities.

  • Support the team in maintaining and updating content on Ascott's career platform using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

  • Contribute to Brand360 initiatives by preparing HR toolkits, presentations, and activities.

Special Projects & Global Exposure:

  • Provide support to the team on special projects as required.

  • Work with HR teams and stakeholders from multiple countries for global exposure.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

  • Creative and possesses strong written and verbal communication skills. • Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Self-starter who can identify opportunities to assist and see through agreed actions.

  • Excellent team player who is organized and meticulous.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
