Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on environmental landscape, competitor scanning as well as market and sector strategies; analyse data to develop key insights and benchmark performances in line with Company’s targets.
- Assist in the monthly portfolio updates, management reporting, driving agenda and secretariat work in relation to the management of meetings.
- Provide support in maintaining database.
- Assist the team in monthly corporate meetings such as Corporate Global and Business Updates and Business Roundtables.
- Assist in putting together Monthly Management Report for CapitaLand Investment.
- Assist the team in planning and organising management retreats and meetings, preparing presentations to communicate and articulate strategy.
- Provide support in ad hoc projects as required.
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Finance or Hospitality Management.
- Individual is meticulous, organised, a self-starter, and possesses a strong sense of accountability.
- Able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous individual with strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Well versed in doing research and putting together presentations.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills along with a focus on delivering results.
- Takes the initiative to support delivering projects with professionalism.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), possesses knowledge of data tools such as Power BI is an added advantage.
- Adaptable and able to respond to changing priorities quickly.
