About the Job

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, or equivalent
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office. Possess knowledge of data tools such as Power BI is a bonus.
  • Individual is meticulous, organised, a self-starter, possess a strong sense of accountability and is comfortable with numbers.
  • Well versed in doing research and putting together presentations

Job Description

  • Strategy Development: Conduct  research on environmental landscape, competitor scanning as well as market and sector strategies.
  • Tracking and Monitoring:
    • Assist in monthly portfolio updates, management reporting, driving agenda and secretariat work for management meetings
    • Support in maintaining portfolio database/migration and related projects
  • Strategy Communication:
    • Assist with the planning for the Annual Global Conference, preparing presentations to communicate and articulate strategy.
    • Assist the team in monthly corporate meetings such as Corporate Global and Business Updates and Business Roundtables.
    • Assist in putting together Monthly Management Report for CapitaLand Investment
    • Assist the team in planning and organising management retreats and meetings.
