Job Description
As an intern with the Special Opportunities Group team, which is part of our Private Equity Real Assets at CapitaLand, you will be working closely with the team in their day-to-day and monthly reporting updates. Successful candidate will be located in Singapore, supporting a team of Senior Investment Professionals.
Responsibilities

Conduct thorough research on various scales (country, city, local area) and sectors, along with financial analysis of real estate markets and identifying key market trends

Draft, prepare and consolidate information relevant for written reports, presentations to the relevant management levels for approval

Assist with management updates and investment reporting matters

Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements
-
Currently pursuing a Masters/Degree in Investments, Banking & Finance, Real Estate, or any other related disciplines

Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Possess basic knowledge of basic financial concepts

Good interpersonal and communication skills
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. While not a requirement, proficiency in additional Asian languages, such as Japanese, is a plus
