Position Overview
Autodesk seeks a highly motivated Software Engineer (Intern) who specializes in developing full-stack application. You will have the opportunity to be part of the team that builds Autodesk’s Identity Access Management Platform. The service is one of the key business enablers serving millions of Autodesk customers daily.

We are utilizing multiple state-of-the-art tools which will expose you to the modern way of building a full stack service
Responsibilities
Work effectively as a member of the self-organized agile team that builds, owns, and runs the web application and a cloud service
Develop, manage, and maintain the full stack application used to resolve authentication issues for Autodesk customers, ensuring high performance and security standards are met
Contribute to all aspects of a cloud service development, including front-end, backend, DevOps, and quality
Assist in the operation of the service, including monitoring, alerting, metrics, logging, and troubleshooting
Work closely with senior engineers, architects, and product owners
Take ownership of service tasks such as debugging complex technical issues involving multiple systems and components
Minimum Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, graduating in 2026 or 2027
Exposure to public cloud service providers like AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
Good understanding of object-oriented programming such as Javascript, Typescript, Go, Python, etc.
Familiarity with web services, including REST
Internship duration: January - June 2026, 6 months full-time
The Ideal Candidate
Good understanding of system or software testing best practices, automated build, and test cases
Ability to convey complex messages in an understandable form (written/spoken)
Good foundation in system/software performance metrics, especially in web applications
Experience in cloud-native application development
Good understanding of cloud infrastructure, especially in AWS or use of Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
