Responsibilities

We are looking for an exceptional Product Management Intern to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible to:

Customer Advisory Board (CAB) Analysis
  • Analyze historical and primary customer feedback to prepare for CAB sessions in key markets.

  • Design and implement efficient systems for collecting structured customer feedback before, during, and after CAB events.

  • Facilitate feedback collection at events, ensuring high-quality, actionable data capture from customer conversations.

  • Aggregate and analyze post-event feedback and raw data, synthesizing insights into clear recommendations for the product management team.

  • Present findings and action items to product leadership and help track follow-up progress.

General Product Management
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to shape product strategy and roadmap.

  • Assist in defining product requirements and user stories based on customer insights, competitive analysis, and business objectives.

  • Support the development, testing, and launch of new product features or enhancements.

  • Analyze product usage and adoption data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

  • Participate in regular product team meetings, contributing ideas and feedback to drive continuous product improvement.

  • Help maintain product documentation, including release notes, feature specifications, and customer-facing materials.

  • Engage with customers through interviews, surveys, and support channels to understand their needs and challenges.

  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives, such as go-to-market planning, customer enablement, or user research projects.

RequirementsQualifications / Experience / Technical Skills
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

  • Familiarity with product management, user research, data analysis, or customer experience is nice to have.

  • Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management software).

  • Familiarity with survey tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau).

  • Comfortable working with both qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights and recommendations.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation and presentations.

Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities across projects and time zones.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Adaptable and resourceful, able to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities.

  • Thoughtful, creative, and passionate about building great products and delivering customer value.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Experience designing or running customer research or feedback programs.
  • Exposure to agile development environments or product management methodologies.
  • Prior involvement in event planning or customer-facing roles.
  • Experience working with AI tools or a demonstrated interest in how AI can be applied to product management, user research, or customer feedback systems.
