Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Product Development Support:
- Assist the Product Manager in defining product roadmaps and strategies.
- Document design processes and decisions for future reference and onboarding of new team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between design and business goals.
- Participate in user journey mapping sessions to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the development of user personas and scenarios to guide design decisions.
- Engage in competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify industry best practices and opportunities for differentiation.
Design and Development:
- Collaborate with our design team to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our mobile applications.
- Assist in the development of wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions.
- Support the team in maintaining and updating design systems, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms.
- Create interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts
User Research and Testing:
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback for improving app designs.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance the user experience.
- Provide support in accessibility testing and ensure that designs meet accessibility standards and guidelines.
Innovation and Trends:
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
- Support in the preparation and presentation of design proposals and project updates to stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a diploma in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe or similar software.
- Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of mobile app development and user experience principles is a plus.
