Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize data related to user behavior, market trends, and product performance.
- Assist in data analysis efforts to uncover insights and trends.
- Contribute to the creation of reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support A/B testing and experimentation efforts to improve product features.
- Implement and maintain data tracking and analytics solutions within our mobile apps.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to understand user behavior, engagement, and retention.
- Use data to uncover opportunities for app improvement and optimization.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop data visualizations to effectively communicate insights to cross-functional teams.
- Provide regular reports on app performance and user behavior to stakeholders.
- Work closely with customer support and user research teams to understand user pain points and preferences.
- Translate user insights into actionable recommendations for enhancing the app.
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with mobile app analytics platforms (e.g., Firebase, Google Analytics).
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of mobile app development and user experience principles is a plus
