Job Description
You will be joining the Portfolio Management team under CapitaLand India Trust Management Pte Ltd that is responsible for driving the performance of the real estate portfolio across major cities in India. As an intern, you will assist the team in day-to-day activities including the review of leasing approval, capex budgets and other reporting matters.
Responsibilities

Assist the team in implementing asset management strategies on marketing and leasing, operational controls and revenue management to increase property income and maximize value of properties.

Analyse and enhance operational and financial performance of the portfolio

Assist with preparing portfolio performance updates for investors and senior management

Support the team in undertaking annual asset planning and tracking of performance towards ensuring assets perform in line with business plans

Perform any other ad-hoc duties or tasks as assigned
Requirements
-
Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate, Business Management, Economics, Finance, or any other related disciplines

Proficient with Microsoft Office and modeling
-
Able to multitask and assimilate in a fast-paced environment
