Title: Digital Twin study on Process Equipment knowledge​

Description: In Semiconductor, Lithography is using light to print chip on wafer. The more advanced machine we use, the higher technology chip made. High advanced machine have huge amount of sensor inside machine to deliver performance during chip producing. Using big data analysis and machine learning algorithm, team can accelerate learning to machine and process knowledge to produce high quality product.​

Scope: The student will learn through Lithography knowledge through ASML machine knowledge before commencing the work. Student will mainly use big data analysis approach to identify the opportunity of improvement. ​

Deliverable: Generate analysis models and programs based on the analysis results. ​
