Intern, Operations, Singapore (Junction 8)

You will be assisting the Operations team at Junction 8 with their daily operations, updating of technical data, tenancy drawing, and as-built drawings.
 

Responsibilities

• Updating of ISO documentation and filing to comply with ISO 9001

• Support the team in managing tenancy drawing and as-built drawings

• Monitor and review power and energy consumption

• Perform daily inspections and safety checks of plant equipment

• Verify and update tenant service records on pest control, kitchen waste pipe and exhaust air cleaner

• Assist in reviewing records of plant equipment maintenance activities

• Assist to liaise with tenants on outstanding fit out submission after renovation

• Assist to prepare documents for Environment Health and Sustainability audit

• Assist in the preparation of Capex work for 2025/2026

• Upkeep day to day operations including corrective and preventive maintenance

• Conduct daily site walks with cleaning supervisors and technicians to ensure cleanliness and identify building defects

• Support other Operation matters or ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma in Facilities Management, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or any other related disciplines

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

• General knowledge in Facilities Management and M&E

• Prior knowledge and experience in Auto-Cad would be a plus
