Job Description
Responsibilities

Assist to liaise with tenant on outstanding fit out submission after renovation

Assist to prepare documents for Environment Health and Sustainability audit

Assist in preparation of Capex work for 2024

Upkeep day to day operations including corrective and preventive maintenance.

Conduct daily site walk with Cleaning Sup and Technician for cleanliness and building defects
Requirements
-
Preferred studies in Facilities Management or any other related disciplines
-
Knowledge in Facilities Management and MS applications

Detail oriented and meticulous
