Responsibilities
- Microsoft Business & Sales Support:
- Assist and work with business and presales teams for Microsoft solution offerings across cloud, AI, Data, Security domains including Azure and Microsoft 365.
- Conduct research on Microsoft product updates, trends, and competitive insights.
- Conduct research on best practices and emerging trends on AI, Data, Security and Cloud.
- Support internal teams in preparing proposals, presentations, and customer-facing materials.
- Marketing & Administrative Tasks:
- Assist marketing teams with campaign and product launches along with managing events, providing research summary of key trends relevant to industry-specific use cases
- Support partner programs and GTM initiatives across workshops, webinars, or events related to Microsoft, Cloud, Security, and AI.
- Prepare regular progress reports, dashboards, and documentation for ongoing campaign tracking and management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product/solution research, design, positioning and feature and functionality development.
Qualifications
- Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of key Microsoft technologies and products
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and data analytics.
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts and tools.
- Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience working with sales and marketing teams
- Experience in coursework, projects, or internships in cloud computing, AI, or cybersecurity.
- Familiarity with Microsoft platforms and tools like Azure or Microsoft 365.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
