About This Opportunity 

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Singapore team, which plays a key role in the day-to-day execution of activities, providing administrative support, and helping the team coordinate events and campaigns. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to assist with essential tasks that keep our regional operations running smoothly while gaining exposure to B2B tech marketing.

This position is based in Singapore.

What You Will Do

• Event & Logistics Support: Assist with the coordination of regional events, including room scheduling, catering arrangements, materials preparation, and onsite setup.
• Administrative Support: Help the team with daily administrative tasks, including invoice tracking, document filing, and meeting coordination.
• Content & Social Media Coordination: Assist in drafting, scheduling, and formatting content for social media channels, email newsletters, and internal updates.
• Marketing Data Assistance: Help the team compile data from marketing tools for reporting, track campaign status in spreadsheets, and maintain updated marketing databases.
• Marketing Collateral Creation: Creation of new customer and partner marketing collaterals and Building of Partner Portal
• Collaboration: Work closely with the team to assist with ongoing partnership initiatives, such as gathering information for partner collateral or ensuring project trackers are up to date.

• Gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of Generative AI.
• Collaborate with a global team in a collaborative and flexible work environment.
• Develop foundational skills in events, digital content, and operations.

What We Are Looking For 

• Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Organizational Skills: High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple small tasks and timelines simultaneously.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with internal team members.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using standard office productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, spreadsheets, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, basic design or social media tools).
• Digital Marketing and Web Development Skills: able to use marketing tools to build marketing content and website setup.
• Mindset: A proactive, "can-do" attitude with a willingness to learn and jump in on various tactical tasks as needed.
