Job Description

You will be assisting the Raffles City Marketing and Communications (Marcoms) team with their day-to-day activities and projects.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing overall advertising and promotional activities for shopping mall to generate traffic and revenue

  • Build relations with tenants and garner their participation in the mall's activities

  • Assist in conceptualising and executing various digital and in mall campaigns, creation of simple artwork, etc.

  • Evaluate results of marcom activities and prepare monthly reports for internal analysis

  • Perform market research on retail industry, events, campaigns, etc.

  • Support the Customer Service Front Desk by handling shoppers' enquiries about the mall (face-to-face and/or phone) and provide general services such as redemptions, etc.

  • Garner shoppers' feedback about the mall and our services

  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Degree in Marketing, Media & Communications, or any other related disciplines

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

  • Positive attitude to pick up new skills

  • Able to multi-task and deliver given task within timeline

  • Good analytical skills
