Support the Marketing and Brand Communications team by assisting with event management, campaign development, content creation, and report preparation for marketing activities.

We are looking for a dynamic relationship builder and collaborator as an intern for our MBC department. You will support the Junior & Senior MBC colleagues to help drive our Marketing and Communications strategies.
As an intern, you will get the opportunity, but not limited to
- Develop, organise and manage event requirements, from ideation to execution, in conjunction with the Sales Department’s objectives
- Work with regional Sales Teams and partner on campaigns and initiatives
- Develop collaterals/PowerPoint slides specific to the events, together with the Creative Team
- Coordinate printing of any collateral for campaigns
- Speak with internal Subject Matter Experts on content creation needs, if required
- Prioritise objectives with the Sales Team, be proactive in lead creation as well as evaluation of events’ statistics and summaries
- Coordinate with event organisers to supply any necessary information for promotional materials, such as logo, links etc.
- Create campaigns in sales systems, ensuring correct tagging of all contacts
- Pull relevant lists from sales systems
- Initiate tracking, managing and uploading post event results
- Prepare reports to track campaign activity and outcomes
- Working with the MBC to deliver excellent service by providing operational support for both External and Internal communications activities, aimed at helping to deliver thought leadership for Ensign, as well as to work with HR teams to roll out People Strategies.
- Work on different parts of the Marketing and communications lifecycle such as digital, events, creative development, people communications and change management.
- Participate in different aspects of Marketing, Brand and Communications projects, and possibly leading your own project.
