Project Scope: The project will be focusing on enhancing the IOT and TPM Programs in Photo Module.  

Project Description and Deliverable:

Set up Anomaly Detection with IOT sensors - 

• Tools have various intricate parts that require monitoring to ensure they are running as intended and producing qualified products. However, internal tool sensors are sometimes not being automatically traced into a single analytical platform. Function of the project is to integrate tool signals to viewing platform in order to detect anomalies early and administer remedies to prevent any major impact to production.  
• Key role of this project will involve setting up various sensor signals/controllers, servers, data transfer protocol and dashboards for data analysis. 
• Liaising with Micron network and leveraging worldwide resources will also be required during the deployment process since some sites are ahead of others in various IOT projects.  
   

TPM program enhancement with Core Team - 

• TPM methodology is cornerstone for production and equipment maintenance efficiency and is a part of Micron culture. 
• Key role will be to assist core team in deploying TPM projects, improve the overall TPM culture within the team and in turn improve module metrics (Production, Equipment, Process).  
• It will involve working very closely with the core team and technicians to understand the current TPM methodology, work with the team on existing projects and suggest new innovative ideas for further improvement. 

Requirements: Diploma with some experience in programming/mechanical/electrical/electronics engineering preferred
