Job Description
Responsibilities
Monitor maturity and prepare loan drawdowns, rollovers, interest, and derivative-related payments promptly
Input treasury transactions accurately in the SAP system
Prepare regular reports on interest rate and foreign exchange exposures, liquidity, and other treasury positions for the REIT
Assist in the preparation of quarterly capital markets reports to the Board
Assist with year-end audit confirmations to banks
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Accountancy, or any other related disciplines
Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Detail-oriented and meticulous
Strong verbal and written communication skills
