Assist with real estate investment analysis, prepare memorandums and presentations, source transaction comparables, and support stakeholders in deal execution.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist with the analysis and evaluation of real estate investment/ divestment pipeline including market research, financial feasibility studies, cashflow modelling, asset and property inputs for deals underwriting
- Prepare investment memorandum, presentations and other relevant materials for discussion and approvals
- Independently source for transaction/ leasing comparables, market news/ data points and research reports
- Support and collaborate with other internal/ external stakeholders such as Sustainable Urban Renewal (SUR) teams, Corporate Finance, Portfolio Management, Asset Management in reviewing the transaction, due diligence and deal execution process Learning Outcomes:
- Acquire knowledge in real estate private markets and understand the key factors for deal transactions
- Develop research, analytical and financial modelling skills
- Gain exposure and learn from different stakeholders during the evaluation and execution of a deal prospect
