We are seeking a talented individual to join our Investment Consulting team at Mercer Investment. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As an Intern, Investment Consulting, you will gain exposure to various asset classes and investment strategies, supporting the team in delivering a wide range of services including strategic asset allocation, risk profiling, and portfolio risk rating frameworks. You will have the opportunity to observe client engagements and contribute to projects that impact some of the world’s largest investment clients.

We will count on you to:

• Provide analytical support to the assigned project team, including data search, processing, and evaluation under consultant guidance.
• Assist in managing projects, client requests, and enquiries.
• Support the preparation of proposals and produce reports and presentation slides for assigned projects.
• Make preliminary recommendations on investment strategies and structures, engaging with specialist teams as needed.
• Liaise with external managers to ensure timely and accurate submission of client inputs.

What you need to have:

• Currently pursuing a degree or master’s degree.
• Able to commit at least 2 months on a full-time basis.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong numerical reasoning and analytical skills with the ability to work logically through tasks.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
• High proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
