Job Description

As part of the Group Procurement team, you will assist and be involved in insurance procurement matters including exposure to AI projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in setting up the global insurance policy tracking file

  • Verify the insurance policy documents in M/S Teams folder versus the above tracking file to ensure the completeness of the documentation

  • Liaise and follow up with the broker on premium payment progress

  • Participate in the AI project for insurance and assisting with UAT, including analytics post implementation of the AI

  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or any other related disciplines

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

  • Detail-oriented and strong analytical skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
