Job Description

As a Human Resources Intern at CapitaLand Development (CLD), you'll gain hands-on experience in the world of people and culture. You'll play a key role in attracting, retaining, and developing talent, contributing to the success of some of Asia's most iconic real estate projects. 

You will get to work closely with various teams across different business units, gaining exposure to a wide range of HR functions. This includes talent acquisition, employee engagement, and learning and development. You will also have the opportunity to support large-scale HR initiatives, building strong professional connections along the way. 

This internship will help you build a strong portfolio, develop strategic thinking, and deepen your understanding of how HR supports a leading real estate company in a regional context. 

 

What You Will Get to Do 

  • Collaborate with the team to craft and deliver engaging internal communications. This includes designing creative electronic direct mails (eDMs), updating the intranet with new content, and more.  

  • Assist in planning and executing employee programs and initiatives that enhance the organizational culture and employee experience. 

  • Conduct research on industry best practices, trends and emerging technologies. The insights will help turn innovative ideas to actions. 

  • Collaborate with the team to design and develop training programmes 

  • Provide support for training activities, including scheduling, setup, and participant communication. 

  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and internship programme management. 

What We Are Looking For 

  • Positive, proactive attitude and passion for HR and people management 

  • Excellent multitasking and time management abilities to juggle multiple projects 

  • Strong communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders  

  • Bonus points if you have design, video editing, or other digital media skills to bring visually engaging content to life
