KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support HR and administration activities related to employee records, attendance, leave, and documentation.
Assist in updating HR systems, personal files, and maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.
Help with attendance tracking, data downloads, and supporting payroll preparation activities.
Support statutory processes such as EPF/ETF documentation and reporting.
Assist in employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmations, and employee requests.
Support employee engagement, welfare initiatives, and HR events as per the engagement calendar.
Coordinate with internal teams for HR services and administrative support.
Assist in recruitment-related activities such as coordinating job postings and supporting campaigns.
Ensure timely handling of employee letters, reports, and HR-related requests.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Undergraduate pursuing a Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Office package
Effective communication skills
Willingness to learn and maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
